KATHERINE SCHIEFER

Background

Katherine joined The Same Bernstein Law Firm in 2018.

After completing her undergraduate degree at Michigan State University, Katherine worked for a few years before attending law school at Campbell University in Raleigh, North Carolina. She also externed with Legal Aid of North Carolina and Disability Rights North Carolina advocating for those in need. Because of these profound experiences, Katherine knew she wanted to serve and assist clients with disabilities with their legal needs.

After returning to Michigan, Katherine joined several committees through the Oakland County Bar Association, where she remains an active leader.

When she is not working, Katherine enjoys Michigan State sporting events and hiking in the national parks with her husband, John.
