Lee’ah Giaquinto has made it her goal to help people by ensuring that they are treated fairly under the law. While working as an investigator at the State of Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission (AGC), Lee’ah saw numerous cases where people were unhappy with their attorneys. She continued to work at the AGC and went to law school at night with the goal of becoming an attorney who represents clients to the fullest extent of the law. The AGC hired Lee’ah as an attorney after she finished law school.
Lee’ah Giaquinto has been at The Sam Bernstein Law firm since 2012. She supervises a team of three paralegals and an administrative assistant. As a pre-suit supervising attorney, Lee’ah’s job is to build cases and settle them short of a lawsuit. Lee’ah’s organizational skills and compassion for others are what make her a good lawyer. Her goal of ensuring that people are treated fairly under the law remains her motivation.
Lee’ah is a fan of both the Detroit Tigers and Michigan State Spartans. She grew up in Detroit and went to both Michigan State University and Wayne State University, followed by law school at the University of Detroit Mercy. Lee’ah loves spending time with her family, including their pug dog, “Pepper”. While not hard at work, she can be found reading fiction, knitting, or baking.
