Holland Aquatic Center

Holland Aquatic Center was formed in 1968, with a mission to empower people to live healthier, more connected lives through a fun community space. This non-profit organization provides swimming, diving, fitness and recreation programs for people of all ages. Their accessible environment allows for families and individuals to invest in their health and meet others within their community.

The Holland, MI community has relied on Holland Aquatic Center (HAC) for access to high-quality facilities and swimming activities/lessons since 1968. Originally operating as part of the Holland Public School System, HAC has a long history of community partnership. Since their inception, HAC has experienced steady growth across all of their platforms. So much so, that in 2021 they expanded and renovated their facilities to allow access to all ages and families.

HAC teaches about 5,000 kids to swim each year! From their fitness center, to the indoor walking track, to the water slides, there’s something for everyone in the community to enjoy and invest in their health. HAC also hosts their local middle and high schools’ competitive swim teams’ competitions. With their Cares donation, Holland Aquatic Center plans to use the money to help support their swim lesson program to keep kids safe and healthy.
