BACKGROUND

Michelle started the firm in 2024.

She was inspired to become an attorney as a child after watching a news special about a man who was wrongfully convicted of murder. Michelle has been motivated by the pursuit of justice, and the roles attorneys play in that, ever since. It’s an important role to be in a position to help people who don’t know how to navigate the system, and in many cases are too sick and injured to fight for themselves.

Michelle is licensed by the State Bar of Michigan, US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the US Tax Court. She’s a member of the Michigan Association for Justice. Michelle was a Michigan Lawyer’s Weekly Up and Coming attorney in 2019.

In her free time she’s a dance mom to her two daughters which takes up a lot of time. Michelle also loves watching Michigan State football and basketball, traveling, and spending as much time as possible with her family and dog, a mini newfypoo named Molly.

Mark helps educate future lawyers and leaders. He has lectured at the University of Michigan Law School and the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science & the Arts on tort and civil rights law.
