BACKGROUND

Mark has retired from active practice, but he remains Of Counsel with The Sam Bernstein Law Firm.

Mark received his bachelor’s degree from Oakland University. From there he went on to gain his master’s degree from the University of Denver, before completing his Juris Doctorate from the Detroit College of Law.

Mark is a proud member of the Michigan Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. He also belongs to the Michigan Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
