OUR PUBLIC SERVICE MISSION
Our unique Public Service Division fights to make sure everyone gets a fair shake. At Bernstein Law, our Public Service
team is dedicated to working on complex litigation related to excellence in education, access to mass
transportation and advocacy on behalf of the disabled.
We are passionate about public service. We represent the most vulnerable members of our community including children, seniors, veterans and the disabled. Our public service division develops, executes and funds programs that not only raise awareness, but help to correct some of the largest issues our community faces. Making a difference is not just a slogan. For our firm, it’s a way of life.
Call Sam Cares
We are proud to launch our Call Sam Cares program to help provide resources for these types of projects that make a huge difference in our community. Our firm will donate $1,000 to organizations, projects and events nominated through the program.

American Red Cross Blood Donation
Blood drives across the state have been cancelled due to COVID-19 and the ‘Stay Home & Stay Safe’ order. Due to the lack of blood drives, The Red Cross has seen a decline in blood donations available for those in need.
