BACKGROUND

Justin joined The Sam Bernstein Law Firm in 2023.

The legal profession is primarily focused on service of others. It’s been Justin’s experience that lawyers are problem solvers who advocate for their clients and who work to ensure the law is applied fairly. We often see our clients when they are going through life-changing and life-altering events. They look to us to guide them and counsel them through that difficult process. We can make a difference. That is why he became a lawyer.

Justin has been a Michigan SuperLawyers® Designee from 2017 to present. This designation is limited to the top 5% of lawyers in Michigan measured by a selection system consisting of 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. He received the Martindale-Hubbel® AV Preeminent Rating since 2018, which is the highest rating for ethical standards and professional ability. He also received the Martindale-Hubbel® AV Preeminent Rating Judicial Edition since 2019, which is a recognition from the judiciary of high ethical standards and professional ability.

Outside of work, you can find Justin actively involved with kids’ sports – baseball, softball, basketball and football, which does not leave him time for much else!
