BACKGROUND

Paul joined The Same Bernstein Law Firm in 2020.

While in high school, Paul’s passion for a legal career stemmed from his participation in debate classes and his publication in a local newspaper regarding social injustice. He graduated from Penn State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and minors in Spanish and International Business. In 2010, Paul received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. During his tenure, Paul was the Vice-President of the Student Bar Association, was a member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates, and was awarded the Cali Excellence for the Future Award for legal writing.

Paul previously worked as a judicial intern to the Chief Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court. He also has experience in criminal and civil law, having successfully litigated cases in the fields of No-Fault Insurance, Personal Liability, Premises Liability, Automobile Liability, General Liability Insurance, and Insurance Claims & Coverage.

When he is not working, Paul enjoys traveling, tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
