Associate Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will work closely under the guidance of a senior attorney, assisting with all aspects of case preparation, litigation support, and client communication. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience, sharpen their litigation skills, and grow within a supportive legal team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist supervising attorneys with all phases of litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Qualifications and Skills:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the [State] Bar
1–3 years of relevant legal experience preferred
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
A collaborative mindset and strong work ethic
