Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our legal team. The Medical Malpractice Attorney will specialize in representing clients who have suffered harm due to medical negligence or malpractice. This role involves investigating cases, advising clients, and advocating on their behalf to ensure they receive fair compensation for their injuries or losses. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of medical and legal principles, and a commitment to upholding the rights of injured individuals.

Responsibilities

• Case Evaluation and Investigation: Assess medical malpractice cases and gather evidence.
• Legal Strategy and Counsel: Develop effective strategies and provide expert counsel.
• Litigation and Advocacy: Represent clients in negotiations, trials, and legal filings.
• Research and Expert Collaboration: Stay current on medical and legal standards. Collaborate with medical experts.
• Client Communication and Support: Keep clients informed and advocate for their interests.
• Negotiation and Settlement: Negotiate fair settlements for clients.
• Trial Preparation and Representation: Prepare for trials and present arguments effectively.

Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
• 5+ years of medical malpractice law experience with successful case outcomes.
• Familiarity with local medical malpractice court procedures.
• Strong litigation and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
