Call Sam Cares
Does your classroom need new supplies? Have your youth football team pads worn out? Do you have a charity event coming up that is short on funding? Are you building a neighborhood library that needs books? If so, you’ve come to the right place.
We are proud to launch our Call Sam Cares program to help provide resources for these types of projects that make a huge difference in our community.
At The Sam Bernstein Law Firm, we see all the hard work that goes into making Michigan special. We want to help keep that passion and drive going! Call Sam Cares will recognize the wonderful groups, missions, and hardworking people making a difference in our community. We are proud to have helped Michigan families for over 50 years – this is our way to continuously give back and help the communities that we love so much.
Our firm will donate $1,000 to organizations, projects and events nominated through the below form. There is no end date or cut off. All you need to do to be eligible is apply.

Their goal is to promote the development of those with autism and other special needs within a safe and sensory-friendly atmosphere.

The Sam Bernstein Law Firm Giving Guidelines
All applications are evaluated to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, and to achieve the stated charitable purposes of both our firm and the recipient organization.
Among the purposes we evaluate are those intended to advance our firm’s core values of serving our community and state, addressing a particular social issue, creating opportunities for diverse populations, and complimenting our firm’s professional objectives.
Applicants should demonstrate that they have a workable strategy to accomplish their goal, sufficient cash reserves to sustain the strategy, and that our giving will not violate state and federal laws and regulations.
We give priority to organizations based in, and serving the needs of the communities in the State of Michigan.
We award our gifts and/or donations solely and exclusively based on our internal review and staff recommendations concerning its proposed use. A formal notification will be sent to the grantee and/or done once a decision is made regarding the funding.
Our giving represents a one-time gift and/or donation.
