Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented PIP Specialist to manage PIP claims, ensure compliance with state regulations, and provide excellent client service. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of personal injury law, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Claims Management: Handle and process PIP claims; review relevant documents.
• Compliance: Ensure state-specific compliance; maintain accurate records.
• Client Communication: Update clients and address concerns.
• Medical Coordination: Obtain documentation, ensure timely payments.
• Legal Support: Assist with legal documents and litigation.
• Dispute Resolution: Resolve disputes, negotiate settlements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s in paralegal/legal studies preferred.
• Experience: Proven PIP claims experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, ethical.
