Daniel Koester is a supervising attorney in the pre-suit department at the Sam Bernstein Law Firm. He practices personal injury law, specializing in no-fault insurance, automobile negligence, slip and falls, and dog bite claims.
He is a member of the Michigan Bar Association’s general negligence and litigation sections.
He earned his law degree in 1998 from the University of Detroit Mercy, where he was an associate editor of the Law Review. Dan received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 1995 from the New Mexico State University.
He is admitted to practice in Michigan and the United States District Court – Eastern District of Michigan.
“Of all the things I’ve accomplished in my life,” Dan jokes, “my mom is still most proud that I received the ‘Friend-to-All’ award in kindergarten.”
Dan enjoys spending his free time with his family golfing, reading, watching movies, and helping his daughter with Girl Scouts.
