BACKGROUND

Stan joined The Sam Bernstein Law Firm in 2010.

At the advice of his wife who said, “you can’t be a life-guard forever,” Stan found his motivation to become an attorney. He graduated with honors from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in History. In 1993, Stan graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he was on Law Review.

Stan has obtained numerous multi-million dollar arbitration awards and jury verdicts for his clients. He has been serving on the MAJ Executive Board since 2007 and is a proud member of AAJ & Nursing Home Negligence Group. Stan has been AV rated by Martindale Hubbell since 2008 and is an annual selection to Super Lawyers since 2011. He is a mediator in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties and is a regular lecturer for MAJ and ICLE.

Stan is a family-man outside of the office and enjoys spending time with his wife and four sons. When he has a little extra free-time, Stan loves to ride his motorcycle.
