BACKGROUND

Brian started the firm in 2004 when he was a student at Detroit Mercy School of Law and is proud to be the first trial attorney at The Sam Bernstein Law Firm to be originally hired in as a clerk.

He started his educational career at Oakland University studying Marketing and General Management. For a few years, Brian was working within the family Court Reporting business applying the knowledge he learned at OU. After sitting in many depositions as a Certified Reporter, Brian then decided law school was the path for him.

Brian has successfully represented thousands of plaintiffs in circuit courts across the entire state. Obtaining large verdicts in trial, while also enjoying success in the Court of Appeals. He has been named by his peers as a rising star, super lawyer, and elite lawyer for many years.

Brian resides in West Bloomfield with his wife and 3 girls. He is proud to hold the title of “girl-dad.” Brian is a family man, spending most of his time with his immediate and large extended family. He coaches his girls’ softball and basketball teams and enjoys golfing, fitness, traveling, and watching his favorite sports teams.
